  • Yes, guests are welcome! If they’re staying more than one night, just let us know in advance so we can organize everything smoothly. There’s a small fee for longer stays.

  • Absolutely! As long as all the rooms are available, you can have the whole place to yourself.

  • We love kids and animals, but our spaces are designed specifically for adults in a shared living environment. This helps us keep things comfy and peaceful for everyone.

  • No way! If you love the idea of coliving, you’re the perfect fit—no matter your age.

  • Yes, house rules cover areas such as noise restrictions, guest policies, cleaning responsibilities, and respectful behavior towards other residents.

  • Absolutely! Fresh towels and bed linens are provided when you arrive, so you can settle in comfortably.

  • We handle regular cleanings for the common areas, and we can adjust the frequency to suit everyone’s needs. Additional cleaning services are available if you’d like, with an extra cost.

  • Yes, it’s move-in ready! From kitchen appliances to cozy furniture, you’ll find everything you need.

  • Definitely. Your room has its own key, so you can feel safe and sound at all times.


Booking terms

  • We’re super flexible! There’s no minimum stay—you can stay for a short getaway or settle in for the long term.

  • It’s simple! We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer or cash.

  • Yes, there’s a security deposit to ensure everything stays in great condition. It’s returned at the end of your stay, as long as everything’s in order.

  • If you need to cancel, just get in touch with us. We’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you! Some cancellations might have associated costs, depending on the timing.

  • You may also find some of our popular houses in other platforms, however it is always cheapest and quickest to book directly with us on our site.
